Cyber Crime and the law in India

Cybercrime is a criminal act, done by using internet and computers. This involves anything from distributing viruses through internet to transferring millions of dollars from bank accounts. Cybercrime also considers non-monetary offenses, such as posting confidential information on the Internet.

Every cybercrime has some physical existence. Criminal activities are launched from one location, money that is stolen from an account is also having a physical location, and people those are targeted also have some real life existence.

Juvenile Crime Law is a criminal law and subcategory of juvenile law. Although a type of criminal law, juvenile crime law only deals with the individuals who are under-age. In criminal law they are treated very diligently and differently than adults, and usually have separate system of law.

Delhi, the national capital of India is also known as the crime capital of India. As per the data collected by Govt. or Non Govt. organizations, the crime cases in Delhi are on a rapid rise, in the past ten years they have got just tripled. Broad day light robbery, rapes and frequent killings on the streets have become a daily practice for the people with criminal bent of mind. Recently, the rape cases occurred in the running cars and buses have shaken the entire nation.
