Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees paid to Astha Law Solutions may not be refundable, including but not limited to filing fees, court fees, and expenses incurred on your behalf.

Refundable Fees

In cases where fees are refundable, Astha Law Solutions will issue a refund based on the following criteria:

1. Service not rendered: If Astha Law Solutions has not provided any legal services to you, we will issue a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Unsatisfactory service: If you are not satisfied with the legal services provided by Astha Law Solutions, you may request a refund immediately after receiving the services. The refund amount will be calculated based on the nature and extent of the unsatisfactory service provided.

3. Duplicate payment: If you have made duplicate payments, we will issue a refund for the excess payment amount.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact Astha Law Solutions by email or phone. We will review your refund request and respond within 10 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund within 30 days of the approval date.
